ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ’ਚ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਧਿਆ
ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਆਸ਼ੂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਵਾਦ, ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਧੜੇਬੰਦੀ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਆਪਣੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਅਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਆਸ਼ੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ਼ੂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਧ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਸ਼ੂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਰ ਆਸ਼ੂ ਦੀ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੋਰ ਗਹਿਰਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਤਣਾਅ ਦੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਵਿੱਚ, ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਰਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਜੋਂ, ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਵਿਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਰਵਾਈ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੜੇਬੰਦੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਚੰਨੀ, ਆਸ਼ੂ, ਰਾਣਾ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵੜਿੰਗ, ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ, ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤਣਾਅ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਕਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹਨ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਆਪਣੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਅਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ: "ਨਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ, ਨਾ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ।"
The Ludhiana West Assembly by-election has brought internal tensions within the Punjab Congress to the forefront. Following the nomination of Bharat Bhushan Ashu as the party's candidate, a rift has emerged between him and state party president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring. Warring's attempt to meet Ashu at his residence was unsuccessful due to Ashu's absence, further deepening the discord within the party.
Amidst this tension, Charanjit Singh Channi facilitated the re-induction of Kamaljit Singh Karwal and Karan Warring into the Congress, a move that did not sit well with Raja Warring. In response, Warring reinstated Phillaur MLA Vikramjit Singh Chaudhary into the party.
The Congress is visibly divided into factions, with Channi, Ashu, Rana Gurjeet Singh, and Pargat Singh on one side, and Warring, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Pratap Singh Bajwa, and Sukhpal Singh Khaira on the other. This internal strife is impacting the party's election campaign.
Due to these internal conflicts, several senior leaders are distancing themselves from the campaign. Seizing this opportunity, the Aam Aadmi Party has introduced a new slogan for its candidate Sanjeev Arora: "No anger, no arrogance, Sanjeev Arora this time."
