ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਗੇ, ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਲਈ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਪੜਾਅ
ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਅੱਜ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਹੱਲ ਨਾ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ।
ਖਨੌਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ’ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਦੌਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਹ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਕੇ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ 28 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ (ਗੈਰ-ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ) ਦੇ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਲੰਬੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਖਨੌਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮਗਸੀਪਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ, ਸੈਕਟਰ 26, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮ 4 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਹਿਲਾਦ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁੱਡੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਮਿਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਸਰਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ, ਤਾਂ 25 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਕੂਚ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ 1 ਘੰਟੇ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਣੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ਾਮ 4 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
Farmers protesting at the Khanauri and Shambu borders will hold the fifth round of talks with the central government in Chandigarh today. The primary agenda remains the legal guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP), a long-standing demand of the farmers. A total of 28 farmer leaders will participate in the meeting, led by Jagjit Singh Dallewal from the Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) and Sarwan Singh Pandher from the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha.
Dallewal, who has been on a prolonged hunger strike and is facing health issues, will be transported via ambulance from Khanauri to Chandigarh. His journey will begin at 11 AM, and he will attend the meeting at 4 PM at the Magseepa office, Sector 26, Chandigarh.
The discussions will include Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and Punjab Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian. Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher has warned that if no resolution is reached, farmers will march towards Delhi on February 25.
Initially, farmers objected to the meeting schedule, leading the government to postpone it by an hour. The meeting was originally set for 5 PM but will now commence at 4 PM.
This protest continues as part of the broader demand for MSP laws, which farmers claim are essential for their financial security.
