‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲਾ: ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ; ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਫੜਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰੁਖ ਅਖਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਗਾੜਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਤਲ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਲਚਲ ਮਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ (DGP) ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਢਿੱਲ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਖਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਗ੍ਰਾਫ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰੁਖ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਅਮਨ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟਾਲਰੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

The Chief Minister stated that whoever is behind this crime must be brought to justice immediately. He instructed the police that no negligence in the investigation would be tolerated.

The Chief Minister clearly stated that there is no place for criminals on the soil of Punjab, and the police have been asked to adopt a zero-tolerance policy against criminal elements.
