ਬਾਬਾ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਕੇਸ: ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ ਨੂੰ 14 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਵਸੰਤ ਕੁੰਜ ਵਿੱਚ 17 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ ਨੂੰ 14 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ 17 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲੇਗੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰਡਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਫੜਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਬਾਬਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਲੀ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਧਰਮਗੁਰੂ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ ਨੂੰ 14 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵਸੰਤ ਕੁੰਜ ਵਿੱਚ 17 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਅੱਜ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ 14 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ 17 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਾਅਲਸਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਸੰਤ ਕੁੰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ-ਰਿਸਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ 17 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ 27 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਆਗਰਾ ਦੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਫਸਟ ਤਾਜਗੰਜ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਤੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹਨ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਚੈਤਨਿਆਨੰਦ ਅਲਮੋੜਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਬਾ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਬੂਤ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਉੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਬਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰਡਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਬਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਸ਼ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਬਰਾਕ ਓਬਾਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਆਗੂ ਨਾਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਏਆਈ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਨਕਲੀ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
Delhi court has sent self-proclaimed spiritual leader Chaitanyanand Saraswati to 14 days of judicial custody. Delhi Police presented the accused Swami Chaitanyanand in court today in the case of sexual exploitation of 17 students in Vasant Kunj. The accused's five-day police remand ended today. Police had requested 14 days of judicial custody, which the court approved, and thus the accused will remain in judicial custody until October 17. Cases of forgery and using fake license plates are also registered against the accused, and Delhi Police is currently interrogating him. Chaitanyanand Saraswati, accused of molesting 17 students at the Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management-Research located in Delhi's Vasant Kunj, was arrested by Delhi Police in Agra on September 27. The accused was arrested from Hotel First Tajganj in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and there are serious allegations of sexual exploitation against several students by Chaitanyanand. The accused Swami Chaitanyanand had stayed with students in a hotel in Almora, and this was confirmed by the police team that went to Uttarakhand to collect evidence against the baba. The team is trying to gather more information about the baba from the staff there. Police has arrested three wardens who hid the baba's activities in the institution and did not let the students' protest demonstrations come to light. Police investigation has revealed that the accused gave expensive gifts to the students and also gave them expensive clothes and jewelry. According to police officers, photos of the accused with the Prime Minister, former US President Barack Obama, and another British leader were found in his room in the ashram, but police say that he created these fake photos using AI and further investigation is ongoing. The Chaitanyanand Saraswati judicial custody in the Delhi molestation case involves allegations of sexual harassment at Vasant Kunj institute, with the self-styled godman arrested in Agra.
