ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨਾਭਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਘਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਆਗੂ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਲਗਭਗ ਸੱਤ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੀਖਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੱਜ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਨਾਭਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਹੋਏ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਜੀਵਨੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਗੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲੇ, ਉੱਥੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ 'ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਬਾਦ' ਅਤੇ 'ਸ਼ੇਰ ਆਇਆ-ਸ਼ੇਰ ਆਇਆ' ਦੇ ਗੂੰਜਵੇਂ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲਗਾਏ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਾਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ 'ਤੇ ਮੁਸਕਾਨ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਰੂਹ ਫੂਕਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸੀ।
ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂਪਾਲਿਕਾ 'ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਬਦਲਾਖੋਰੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਾਇਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਦਬਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਦਕ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੱਡੂ ਵੰਡ ਕੇ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਨਾਈ। ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਧਿਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਭਖਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਘੇਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਰਿਹਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
Shiromani Akali Dal’s firebrand leader Bikram Singh Majithia has finally walked out of prison after nearly seven months.
