ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਘੇਵਾਲਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਪਟਾਕਾ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ 'ਚ ਧਮਾਕਾ, 5 ਮੌਤਾਂ, 27 ਜ਼ਖਮੀ
ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਘੇਵਾਲਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਟਾਕਾ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ 27 ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਦੋ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਢਹਿ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਲੰਬੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿੰਘੇਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਇੱਕ ਪਟਾਕਾ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ 27 ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਏਮਜ਼ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਧਮਾਕਾ ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 1:30 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਦੋ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਢਹਿ ਗਈ। ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮਲਬੇ ਹੇਠ ਦੱਬ ਗਏ। ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 40 ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਯੂਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ ਮਾਈਗ੍ਰੈਂਟ ਸੀ।
ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਮਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ 'ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਹਤ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਹਾਈਡਰੋ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਮਲਬਾ ਹਟਾ ਕੇ ਦੱਬੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਲੰਬੀ ਦੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵਸਤੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਸੀ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
A powerful explosion occurred at a firecracker factory in Singhewala village of Muktsar district's Lambi constituency, resulting in the deaths of five laborers and injuries to 27 others. The injured have been admitted to AIIMS Bathinda for treatment.
The blast happened around 1:30 AM, causing the double-storey factory building to collapse entirely, trapping many workers under the debris. Approximately 40 workers were employed at the factory, most of whom were migrant laborers from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
The factory is reportedly owned by Tarsem Singh. Upon receiving information about the incident, police and rescue teams arrived at the scene and commenced relief operations. Efforts are underway to clear the debris using hydro machines to search for any trapped individuals.
Lambi DSP Jaspal Singh stated that the factory was licensed and located away from residential areas. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the explosion.
