ਕਬੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟਰ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ: ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਸ਼ੂਟਰਾਂ ਸਣੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਛਾਣ, ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਘਾੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ
ਕਬੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟਰ ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਸ਼ੂਟਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰਚੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਹੈ। ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਧਾਰਾ 302, 307 ਅਤੇ 120-ਬੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ
ਕਬੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟਰ ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਨਸਨੀਖੇਜ਼ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਸ਼ੂਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰਚੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਹੈ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ — ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਰਾਣਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕਟਾਰੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ — ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸੈਕਟਰ 39 ਦੇ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੰਡਾਵਲੀ (IPC) ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 302 (ਕਤਲ), 307 (ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼) ਅਤੇ 120-ਬੀ (ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼) ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਕਤਲ ਆਪਸੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਬੱਡੀ ਖੇਡ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ 39 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਖੇਡ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਫੈਲ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੂਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
The Chandigarh Police has achieved a major breakthrough in the sensational murder case of Kabaddi promoter Harwinder Singh alias Pradhan. Police have claimed to identify three assailants involved in this murder, which includes two shooters. Furthermore, police revealed that the entire conspiracy for this murder was hatched by three individuals, one of whom is a gangster.
Chandigarh Police officials stated that an FIR has been registered at the Sector 39 police station against the three main accused—gangster Rana Ranjeet Singh, Sanjiv Kataria, and Harinder Singh—under Sections 302 (Murder), 307 (Attempt to Murder), and 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to the police investigation, the murder appears to be linked to long-standing rivalry and disputes in Kabaddi game promotion. Harwinder Singh was shot dead outside a sports club in Sector 39 last week. This murder caused widespread panic and concern within the sports communities of Chandigarh and Punjab.
The police have initiated raids in several locations to arrest the shooters as soon as possible. Officials have assured that all individuals behind this conspiracy will be apprehended and strict legal action will be taken against the criminals.
