ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ: ਸ਼ਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਅਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਯੌਮ-ਏ-ਤਸ਼ੱਕੁਰ' ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤਿੰਨ ਜੰਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ-ਅਧੀਨ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਅਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 'ਯੌਮ-ਏ-ਤਸ਼ੱਕੁਰ' ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਜੰਗਾਂ ਲੜੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਮਨ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ, ਨੂੰ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸ਼ਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਅਮਨ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤਿਵਾਦ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਇੱਕ ਅਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਚਿਤ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ-ਅਧੀਨ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ।ਇਹ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹਾਲੀਆ ਪਹਲਗਾਮ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਣੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਲਈ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ-ਅਧਾਰਤ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended an offer to India to resolve all outstanding issues, including the Kashmir dispute, through peaceful dialogue. Speaking at the 'Youm-e-Tashakur' event, held to honor the military, Sharif emphasized that the three wars fought between India and Pakistan have yielded no solutions. He stressed the importance of sitting together as peaceful neighbors to address these longstanding issues.
Sharif also mentioned that if peace is established, both countries could collaborate in combating terrorism. He reiterated that while Pakistan is a peace-loving nation, it reserves the right to respond appropriately to any aggression.
Following Sharif's statement, India clarified that it is willing to engage in dialogue solely on the issues of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and terrorism. This stance comes in the wake of the recent Pahalgam attack, which resulted in the deaths of 26 civilians. India has attributed the attack to Pakistan-based militants.
