ਪੰਜਾਬ-ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ-ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਗੋਂਧਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਲਾਂਗ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਜਗ੍ਹਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਈ ਸੈਂਟੀਮੀਟਰ ਬਰਫ ਪੈਈ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਲਮਰਗ ਵਰਗੇ ਟੂਰਿਸਟ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਫਗਵਾੜਾ, ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ, ਹਿਸਾਰ, ਫਤਿਹਾਬਾਦ, ਅੰਬਾਲਾ, ਰੋਹਤਕ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰੂਕਸ਼ੇਤਰ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਜਗ੍ਹਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਹੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਿਤੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਗੋਂਧਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਸੈਂਟੀਮੀਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਲਾਂਗ ਵਿੱਚ 4 ਸੈਂਟੀਮੀਟਰ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਲਮਰਗ, ਅਨੰਤਨਾਗ, ਕੁਪਵਾੜਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਚੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ 7 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਲੇ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਕ ਰੁਕ ਕੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੌਸਮ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਵੈਸਟਰਨ ਡਿਸਟਰਬੈਂਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਢ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੂਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Rain has occurred in various areas of Punjab and Haryana, while snowfall has taken place in the higher mountainous regions of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir. In Punjab's areas like Mohali, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Pathankot, Phagwara, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Rupnagar, and Ludhiana, rain fell. In Haryana, places such as Panchkula, Hisar, Fatehabad, Ambala, Rohtak, and Kurukshetra also experienced rainfall. Chandigarh also saw rain. In Himachal Pradesh, 5 cm snowfall occurred in Gondhla and 4 cm in Keylong in the Lahaul and Spiti district, and this continued for the second day, leading to a drop in minimum temperatures. In Jammu Kashmir, snowfall happened in Gulmarg, Anantnag, Kupwara, and other higher areas, causing a decrease in daytime temperatures. The weather department has stated that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in Punjab and Haryana on October 7. In Himachal Pradesh, intermittent rain is expected in all districts for the next two days. This weather pattern is due to a western disturbance, which is increasing cold in northern India and also affecting tourism.
