ਐਸਕੇਐੱਮ ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਨੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਫਸਲ ਖਰਾਬੇ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਨੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਣ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਆਗੂ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਫਸਲ ਖਰਾਬੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ, ਢਹੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਸ ਲੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਚੀਸ ਲੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਦਕਿ ਹੋਰ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਰੋਸ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਾਂ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਚੁੱਪੀ ਵੱਟ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ 1600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਰਾਬੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਢਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਘਰ ਦਸ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਚੀਸ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ।
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਦੇਖਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਰੋਸ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਐੱਸਕੇਐੱਮ ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ 15 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਹਤ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਲ ਖਰਾਬੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਏਕੜ ਫਸਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ।
In Chandigarh today, the Samyukta Kisan Morcha Non-Political held a meeting at Kisan Bhawan regarding various demands of farmers. In this meeting, leaders of the farmer organizations condemned the central and Punjab government for not fulfilling their responsibilities properly during the floods. Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that the floods did not affect only Punjab or Himachal Pradesh but also Haryana and Rajasthan including several other states, yet the central government has remained silent after giving very little relief only to Punjab and Himachal.
He explained that out of the 1600 crore rupees given to Punjab by the center, most of the share is to be used for repairing roads and no mention has been made of the losses suffered by farmers. Jagjit Singh Dallewal made a clear demand that full compensation should be provided for the losses caused to farmers in Punjab due to floods and one lakh rupees per acre should be given for crop damage. In addition, those farmers whose houses have collapsed should be given ten lakh rupees per house and the families of those who have lost their lives should be given twenty-five lakh rupees.
Leaders of Samyukta Kisan Morcha Non-Political said that the central and state governments are ignoring these demands of farmers, which is very wrong. Expressing resentment over this, SKM Non-Political has decided that district-level protest demonstrations will be held across the country on October 15 and letters of these demands will be submitted to the Deputy Commissioners. These protests will be held to ensure more compensation and other relief for flood affected farmers, which includes Rs 1 lakh per acre for crop damage. The farmer leaders also said that due to floods, lakhs of acres of crops have been damaged in Punjab and farmers need immediate relief so that they can get back on track with their lives quickly.
