ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਲਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਬਲਕੌਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੀ ਅੱਜ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਦਰਦ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
