ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ: ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਣੇ ਹੱਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਜਤਾਈ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਾਰਾ 370 ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ’ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਐਲਾਨਨਾਮੇ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਹਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਜ਼ੱਫਰਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਕਬੂਜ਼ਾ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੱਖਦਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਧਾਰਾ 370 ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ 5 ਅਗਸਤ 2019 ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟ ਕੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 1999 ਦੇ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਐਲਾਨਨਾਮੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਲ ਵਧਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਖ਼ਿੱਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਤਣਾਅ ਵਧੇਗਾ। ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਨੇ ਦੋਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਮਕਬੂਜ਼ਾ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੈਤਿਕ, ਕੂਟਨੀਤਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਖੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਇਕੋ-ਇਕ ਹੱਲ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸਲਾਮਤੀ ਪਰਿਸ਼ਦ ਦੇ ਮਤੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਦਮੁਖਤਿਆਰੀ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੈ।
Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan wants to resolve all issues, including Kashmir, through dialogue with India. Speaking at a special session of the legislative assembly of occupied Kashmir in Muzaffarabad, he emphasized that Pakistan has always advocated for a peaceful solution.
Sharif criticized India’s decision to revoke Article 370, stating that India should move beyond its August 5, 2019, stance and fulfill its commitments made to the United Nations. He referred to the 1999 Lahore Agreement, emphasizing that both countries should focus on development and regional peace through negotiations.
He accused India of stockpiling weapons, arguing that this will not bring peace to the region but rather increase tensions. Sharif reaffirmed that Pakistan will continue to support the people of occupied Kashmir politically, diplomatically, and morally. He concluded by saying that the only solution to the Kashmir issue is granting self-determination under UN resolutions.
