ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲਾ: ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ, ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੌਲਰੈਂਸ ਨੀਤੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਾਰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ 12 ਮੌਤਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੌਲਰੈਂਸ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਆਨ ਸਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ (CCS) ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ‘ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ’ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੌਲਰੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ।
ਸੀਸੀਐਸ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ 12 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਮੌਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਾਂਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਸੂਚਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਿਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਮਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਅਟੱਲ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਜਾਨੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ, “ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਸਫੋਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੇਖੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਸਫੋਟ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋਏ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਬੇਅਰਥ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਖੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।”
ਮਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਹੱਥ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਮਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ, “ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਇਸ ਨੀਚ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਇਰਤਾਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੌਲਰੈਂਸ ਨੀਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਡੋਲ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।”
ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Cabinet and Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) on Wednesday condemned the November 10 Red Fort blast as a 'heinous terrorist incident carried out by anti-national forces' and reiterated its commitment to zero tolerance policy against all forms of terrorism.
The CCS and Cabinet observed two minutes of silence in memory of the 12 people killed in the Delhi Red Fort blast and directed that the investigation be conducted thoroughly and professionally to identify the culprits, their associates and sponsors and bring them to justice without delay.
In a resolution shared by Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Cabinet stated that the situation is being closely monitored at the highest levels of the government. The Cabinet reaffirms the government's unwavering resolve to protect the lives and well-being of all Indians in line with its commitment to national security and the safety of every citizen.
Describing the Lal Quila explosion as a terrorist attack, the Cabinet expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives. The resolution said, “The country witnessed a heinous terrorist attack carried out by anti-national forces through a car explosion near the Red Fort on the evening of November 10. This blast resulted in several deaths and many injuries. The Cabinet pays tribute to the victims of this senseless act of violence and extends heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.”
No mention was made of any foreign hand in the resolution, nor did Vaishnaw respond to questions about future action. The Cabinet prayed for the speedy recovery of all the injured and praised the efforts of medical staff and emergency responders.
The resolution stated, “The Cabinet unequivocally condemns this vile and cowardly act that resulted in the loss of innocent lives. The Cabinet reiterates India's unwavering commitment to the zero tolerance policy against all forms and manifestations of terrorism.”
It expressed gratitude for statements of solidarity from governments worldwide and praised the timely and coordinated response of officials, security agencies and citizens.
