ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਬਾਈਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਬੱਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਏ ਬਾਈਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੱਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 8 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਫੋਰਟਿਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਾਹ ਲੈ ਗਏ। ਉਹ 35 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹਿੰਗਾ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ। ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬੱਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਨਵੀਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਸਾਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਨਵੀਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਈਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਬੱਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਗਲਤੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤਫਹਿਮੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਹਾਦਸਾ 27 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਭੈਂਸਾਂ ਲੜ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਬਾਈਕ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਈਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਾਈਕ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਖੋ ਜਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਏ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢਲਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਲਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਗੜ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਦੇਰੀ ਘਾਤਕ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, ਉੱਥੇੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਫੋਰਟਿਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ 11 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਵੈਂਟੀਲੇਟਰ ਤੇ ਰਹੇ ਪਰ ਬਚ ਨਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਲਾਇਰਜ਼ ਫਾਰ ਹਿਊਮਨ ਰਾਈਟਸ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ (ਐਲ ਐਫ ਐਚ ਆਰ ਆਈ) ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਡੇਲੀ ਡਾਇਰੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੌਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਨਵਕਿਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੋ ਐਲ ਐਫ ਐਚ ਆਈ ਦੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਹਨ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਹੁਣ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾ ਕੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਬਲਕਿ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ, ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਵਾਰਾ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਦੇ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਵਰਗੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰੇਗੀ।

ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਜਵੰਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਏ ਬਾਈਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਖਤਮ ਕੀਤੀ ਬਲਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਗ਼ਮ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਪਿੰਜੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਦੇਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਘਾਤਕ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਐਲ ਐਫ ਐਚ ਆਈ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕੀ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda was fighting a battle between life and death after a bike accident and finally took his last breath on October 8 at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. He was 35 years old, and this accident proved very costly for him. Initially, many reports claimed that the accident involving Rajvir Jawanda happened in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, but now a new investigation report has proven this wrong. The new investigation has revealed that the bike accident did not occur in Baddi but in Pinjore, and these incorrect reports created confusion among the people.

The accident happened on September 27 when Rajvir Jawanda was heading to Shimla. On the road, two fighting bulls suddenly came in front of the bike, causing him to lose control and fall onto the road. This resulted in severe injuries, and he was immediately taken to a private hospital in Pinjore. However, that private hospital refused to provide initial treatment to Rajvir Jawanda, leading to a delay in care that worsened his condition. This delay proved fatal, and later Rajvir Jawanda was taken to the government hospital in Panchkula, then to a private hospital there, and finally to Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where he remained on a ventilator for 11 days but could not be saved.

Lawyers for Human Rights International (LFHRI) has conducted a detailed investigation into this case and stated in its report that it is clear from the Daily Diary Report of Pinjore Police Station and the local investigation that Shourie Hospital in Pinjore refused to provide emergency first aid to the injured singer. Advocate Navkirn Singh, who is the General Secretary of LFHRI, along with a journalist, inspected the accident site and prepared a detailed report. He said that the organization is now preparing to file a petition in the High Court raising the issue of medical negligence. This petition will not only demand justice in Rajvir Jawanda's case but also highlight broader issues such as the responsibility of hospitals and doctors in emergencies, the increasing danger from stray animals on roads, and the lack of emergency medical infrastructure.

The bike accident involving Rajvir Jawanda not only ended his life but also brought deep sorrow to the Punjabi music world. It is now clear that the accident happened in Pinjore and the delay in treatment made it fatal. With legal action by organizations like LFHRI, the issue of negligence in private hospitals and road safety concerns will be highlighted, which will help prevent such incidents in the future.
