ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ: ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਚਲਾਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ

ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ, ਜਲਣਸ਼ੀਲ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 12 ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ, ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸਦੇ ਤਾਰ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਕਥਿਤ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਜੈਸ਼-ਏ-ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਸਾਰ ਗਜ਼ਵਤ-ਉਲ-ਹਿੰਦ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਈਟ ਕਾਲਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਹ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਤੱਕ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਿੰਨ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਅੱਠ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 2,900 ਕਿਲੋ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਮੁਜ਼ੱਮਿਲ ਗਨਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਸ਼ਾਹੀਨ ਸਈਦ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੀ ਅਲ ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ 360 ਕਿਲੋ ਅਮੋਨੀਅਮ ਨਾਈਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਮ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਈ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ, ਮੁਜ਼ੱਮਿਲ ਗਨਾਈ, ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਢੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਧੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਅਲ ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਜੋ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 45 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ (UGC) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਉਮਰ ਨਬੀ, ਜੋ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਵੀ ਅਲ ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਬੀ ਦੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 800 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ। ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਬ ਨਿਰੋਧਕ ਦਸਤਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ। ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਤਿੰਦਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸਾਡਾ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ... ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।” ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਲੈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰ ਡੀਲਰ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਮਾਲਕ 2016 ਤੋਂ 2020 ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਉਸਦਾ ਕਿਰਾਏਦਾਰ ਸੀ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਤੀਜੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਅਲ ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਮੁਜ਼ੱਮਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਾਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਮਰਾ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ, ਓ.ਪੀ. ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ X ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ਤੇ ਹਨ।” ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਪੋਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਰਜ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਪਟਾਕੇ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।” ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ। ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ ਨਾ ਫੈਲਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰੋ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਲਰਟ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ, ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ, ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ, ਹੋਟਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮਸ਼ਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਭੀੜ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਹਰ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

A large-scale search operation was conducted in parts of Faridabad. This action was taken a day after a large quantity of explosives, inflammable materials, and weapons were recovered from two rented rooms of a Kashmiri doctor here. The preliminary investigation into the blast near Delhi's Red Fort on Monday evening, in which 12 people were killed, has revealed that it is linked to the alleged terror module uncovered in Faridabad. The blast occurred at a time when a white-collar terror module linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind was busted. This module was spread across Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, during which eight people including three doctors were arrested and 2,900 kg of explosives were seized.

Among the people arrested on Monday are Dr. Muzammil Ganaie and Dr. Shaheen Saeed, both associated with Al-Falah University in Faridabad. 360 kg of ammonium nitrate was recovered from this university. Police said on Tuesday that a team is camped at the university, where Kashmiri doctor Muzammil Ganaie had been living for the past three and a half years, and they are questioning the staff and doctors there. Al-Falah University, located in Dhauj of Faridabad district in Haryana, about 45 kilometers from Delhi, is a private institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Dr. Umar Nabi, who was driving the car in the blast near the Red Fort, was also associated with Al-Falah University. It is believed that Nabi died in the blast.

Officials said that more than 800 police personnel conducted the search in the areas around the university on Tuesday. The bomb disposal squad was also present with the police personnel during the search. Faridabad Police Commissioner Satinder Gupta said, "Our search operation is ongoing. Police teams have questioned more than 50 people today... The search campaign will continue in various areas of the district in the coming days as well." Sources said that in connection with the car used in the blast near the Red Fort, three people from Gurugram and one from Faridabad have been taken by the police for questioning. They claimed that the person from Faridabad was a car dealer and is said to be involved in the sale of the vehicle used in the capital's Monday evening blast. Police are also questioning Dinesh because the first owner of the car used in the blast was his tenant between 2016 and 2020. Sources said that the name of the third person taken for questioning is Muhammad Salman, who was the owner of the car, but later he claimed to have sold it to someone else. They further said that it is being investigated whether the room allotted to Dr. Muzammil in the Al-Falah University campus was used by him to hatch any terrorist conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Haryana's Police Director General O.P. Singh said in a post on X on Tuesday, "The situation in the state is peaceful. Police and other agencies are on high alert." In another post, he dismissed reports of fresh recovery of explosives in Faridabad, saying, "Diwali crackers have been seized in Faridabad. This is not a recovery of explosives." He said that the situation in Haryana is completely peaceful. Agencies are on high alert. Do not spread rumors and do not believe them. Meanwhile, as part of the increased alert in Haryana, police have been checking all public transport, parking areas, hotels, and dharamshalas along with vehicles on the state's borders since Monday evening, while vigilance has been increased at crowded places and essential institutions. Security has also been increased at railway stations, where checking has been intensified. Police and agencies are investigating every aspect of the Delhi blast linked to the Faridabad terror module.
