ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਛਾਉਣੀ 'ਚ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ ਕਾਬੂ
ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ 'ਚ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਕੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ 'ਚ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਥੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਦੋਹਰੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਕਾ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਇਹ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਰਾਜਨ ਉਰਫ਼ ਕਾਲੀ, ਗੌਰਵ ਉਰਫ਼ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਉਰਫ਼ ਤੇਜੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ, ਬਸਤੀ ਗੋਲ ਬਾਗ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ 'ਚ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ 'ਚ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਕਪਿਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ਼ ਮੌਂਟੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਕੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਸਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੱਕਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੇਸੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ .315 ਬੋਰ, ਇੱਕ .30 ਬੋਰ ਦੇਸੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਇੱਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਲੋਹੇ ਦਾ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਇੱਕ 05 A.S. China ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ .30 ਬੋਰ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, 14 ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ 9mm ਰੌਂਦ, .32 ਬੋਰ ਦੇ 2 ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾ ਰੌਂਦ, .30 ਬੋਰ ਦੇ 2 ਖਾਲੀ ਰੌਂਦ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਨੰਬਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੀਰੋ ਡੀਲਕਸ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਸਲਾਮਤ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦਕਿ ਦੋ ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੀ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ 'ਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਹੇਠ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਦੁਹਰੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਫ਼ੌਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਦੀਪੂ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਨਿਹਾਲਾ ਕਿਲਚਾ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਤਲ ਵੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਕੀ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਵੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
On Saturday evening, Punjab Police successfully captured three miscreants after an intense encounter at Ferozepur Cantonment. The arrested individuals have been identified as Rajan alias Kali, Gaurav alias Krish, and Jashan alias Teji, all residents of Basti Gol Bagh area. A large quantity of weapons was recovered from them.
SSP Bhupinder Singh Sidhu informed that these miscreants had recently fired upon Nagar Councillor Kapil Kumar alias Monty and fled the scene. According to police officials, this attack was a result of an old rivalry, although the complete motive will be clear only after further investigation.
From the accused, the police recovered one .315 bore indigenous pistol, one .30 bore pistol, one unmarked iron-bodied pistol, another .30 bore pistol marked "05 A.S. China," 14 live rounds of 9mm, two live rounds of .32 bore, two empty rounds of .30 bore, and one unregistered Hero Deluxe motorcycle.
SSP Sidhu also revealed that Rajan was apprehended unharmed, while the other two miscreants were injured during retaliatory police firing and are currently undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital.
Additionally, SSP mentioned an incident that took place last Tuesday where two people were murdered. In swift action, the police arrested Gagandeep Singh alias Deepu from Nihala Kilcha village, while efforts are ongoing to capture his three accomplices. The investigation suggests that the murders were also a result of an old rivalry.
