ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ: ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ 'ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ' ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਲਾਈਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਡਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ 'ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ' ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ 'ਆਪ' ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਯੋਜਕ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ 'ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਹਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਹਨਤ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮਾਂ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਲਾਈਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਵੱਡੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁਕਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 10,000 ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 8,750 ਵੱਡੇ ਤਸਕਰ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਲੈ ਜਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਇਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 13,000 ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਡਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
The Punjab government has intensified its fight against drugs by launching the 'Nasha Mukti Yatra' (Drug-Free Campaign). Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convener Arvind Kejriwal are leading this initiative. Kejriwal asserted that none of the ministers in the Punjab government consume drugs, contrasting with previous administrations, which he accused of being complicit in drug trafficking.
Chief Minister Mann stated that the government spent over two years formulating a comprehensive strategy to eradicate the drug menace. He emphasized that the supply chains have been dismantled, major drug traffickers arrested, and their properties seized and destroyed. The campaign involves raising awareness among the populace and administering oaths to commit to a drug-free lifestyle.
Kejriwal highlighted that nearly 10,000 drug traffickers have been arrested in the past three months, including 8,750 major suppliers. He announced plans to extend the 'Nasha Mukti Yatra' to every village in Punjab, aiming to involve citizens directly in the anti-drug movement.
Under this campaign, Gram Sabhas are being organized in all 13,000 villages across the state to educate people about the dangers of drug abuse and encourage them to seek treatment at de-addiction centers. The government has also announced special grants to develop drug-free panchayats as model villages.
