ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਬੇਨਤੀਜਾ ਰਹੀ: ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਸਤਾਂਬੁਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਬੇਨਤੀਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੋਹਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦੌਰ ਅਤੇ 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦੀ ਜੰਗਬੰਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਕਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰਕੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚੋਲਗੀ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਲ ਨਾ ਲਿਆ ਸਕੀ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਜਵਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਇਸਤਾਂਬੁਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤਾਉੱਲਾ ਤਰਾਰ ਨੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਦੋਹਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਜੰਗਬੰਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਨਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਐਕਸ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰਕੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚੋਲਗੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ। ਤਰਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਸਨ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤਣਾਅ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਨਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ।
Pakistan's Information Minister said on Wednesday that peace talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan continued for four days in Istanbul but yielded no result. Pakistan's Information Minister Attaullah Tarar accused the Taliban government of refusing to take action against terrorists responsible for cross-border attacks. These peace talks with Taliban followed the first round in Doha, after which a ceasefire was reached between the two sides on October 19.
Pakistan accuses the Taliban of providing shelter to terrorists carrying out attacks, while Afghanistan denies that its soil is being used against Pakistan. Pakistan's Information Minister stated on the social media platform X that despite mediation by Qatar and Turkey, no practical solution emerged from the talks. Afghanistan has not yet responded to Tarar's statement.
Earlier, official media from both Pakistan and Afghanistan had said that there was an impasse in the peace talks with Taliban, and both sides blamed each other for failing to reach an agreement. Tensions between Pakistan and Taliban continue to rise over border attacks and terrorist shelter, but hope remains for ongoing peace talks.
