ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਣਾ ਗਲਤ, ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮੰਚ 'ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜਵਾਬ
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਰਜ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਸਾਰੂ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਲ ਵਧਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਿਰ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ 'ਤੇ ਉਂਗਲ ਉਠਾਉਣਾ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੋਹਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਰੇਖਾਂਕਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ, ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ-ਪੱਖੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਖੇਤਰੀ ਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਅਕਸਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਭੰਬਲਭੂਸਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।
ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਭੂ-ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹਕੁੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਾ ਬਣਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ, ਪਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਖੰਡਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
The Indian government has firmly rejected international claims attempting to hold India responsible for the escalating tensions with the Taliban regime in Afghanistan. A spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs clarified that India has consistently supported a stable, secure, and prosperous Afghanistan. It was emphasized that blaming India for any conflict situation with the Taliban is not only incorrect but also far from the truth.
India highlighted its significant contributions over several decades toward developmental projects in Afghanistan, including the construction of roads, hospitals, and the parliament building. India’s role has always been focused on humanitarian assistance and people-centric development. According to officials, forces aiming to destabilize regional peace often attempt to create such confusion. India reiterated its stance that Afghan soil must not be used for terrorist activities against any country.
In the current geopolitical climate, India remains fully vigilant in protecting its security and interests. The Indian government has urged the global community to recognize the reality regarding Afghanistan and not fall prey to misleading propaganda. India made it clear that while it will continue to provide humanitarian aid to the Afghan people, it will not compromise on its national integrity.
