ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਕਲਚਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਹਲਚਲ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਰਤਾ ਮੰਨੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਥਿਤ ਆਡੀਓ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਆਡੀਓ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ-ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
