ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿ ਤਣਾਅ 'ਤੇ ਸੰਜਮ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ
ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ, ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਰੂਸ, ਚੀਨ, ਯੂਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲੱਭਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲੱਭਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਂਸਚਿਵ ਅੰਤੋਨੀਓ ਗੁਟੇਰੇਜ਼ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੰਜਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਡੋਨਾਲਡ ਟਰੰਪ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ "ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ" ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਣਾਅ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ।
ਰੂਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ 'ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਤਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਚੀਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਯੂਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡੇਵਿਡ ਲੈਮੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਤਣਾਅ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਜਮ ਵਰਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
Global leaders have called upon India and Pakistan to exercise restraint and resolve their disputes through dialogue, amidst escalating tensions between the two nations. United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres emphasized that the world cannot afford another military confrontation between India and Pakistan, urging both sides to show maximum restraint.
U.S. President Donald Trump described India's recent strikes in Pakistan as "regrettable" and appealed to both countries to de-escalate tensions. He expressed willingness to assist in any way possible to help resolve the conflict.
Russia also expressed deep concern over the rising tensions and called for restraint from both nations. China urged India and Pakistan to act in the larger interest of regional peace and stability by exercising restraint.
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy stated that the current tensions between India and Pakistan are a serious concern and encouraged both countries to engage in direct dialogue to find a swift, diplomatic resolution.
Bangladesh has also appealed to both nations to exercise restraint and reduce tensions to prevent any threats to regional and international peace.
