ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਸਲਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ: 28 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ, 22 'ਤੇ ਸੀ 89 ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ
ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਰਾਇਣਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 19 ਔਰਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ 28 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 22 'ਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ 89 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 'ਪੂਨਾ ਮਾਰਗਮ' ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਕਸਲਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਮੇ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 50 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 512 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਾਡਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਨਾਰਾਇਣਪੁਰ (ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ) – ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਰਾਇਣਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਸਲਵਾਦ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 28 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 28 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 22 ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ 89 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਸੀ। ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਡਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 19 ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 'ਨਿਯਾਦ ਨੇਲਨਾਰ' (ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਪਿੰਡ) ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਬਸਤਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ 'ਪੂਨਾ ਮਾਰਗਮ' (ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਏਕੀਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ)ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਨਕਸਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ 8-8 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਾਂਡੀ ਧਰੁਵ ਉਰਫ਼ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼, ਅਤੇ ਪੀਐਲਜੀਏ (ਪੀਪਲਜ਼ ਲਿਬਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਗੁਰੀਲਾ ਆਰਮੀ) ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੰਬਰ 6 ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੈਂਬਰ - ਦੁਲੇ ਮਾਂਡਵੀ ਉਰਫ਼ ਮੁੰਨੀ, ਛੱਤੀਸ ਪੋਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਦਨੀ ਓਯਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਛੇ ਹੋਰ ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ 5-5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਏਰੀਆ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਸਮੇਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਵੀ ਸੌਂਪੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਐਸਐਲਆਰ (SLR), ਇੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਸ (INSAS) ਰਾਈਫਲ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ .303 ਰਾਈਫਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।
ਬਸਤਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਦੇ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ (ਆਈ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.) ਸੁੰਦਰਰਾਜ ਪੱਟਲਿੰਗਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਾਰਾਇਣਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 28 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ-ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਨਕਸਲਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 50 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਸਤਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਦੇ ਸੱਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 512 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਕਸਲ ਕਾਡਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪਿਛਲੇ 23 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 2,200 ਨਕਸਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮ-ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
Narayanpur (Chhattisgarh) – Security forces have achieved a major success in the fight against Naxalism in Chhattisgarh’s Narayanpur district. On Tuesday, 28 Naxalites surrendered before senior police officials. Out of these 28 Naxalites, 22 were carrying a combined bounty of ₹89 lakh. These surrendered cadres included 19 women.
Officials stated that these Maoist Cadres laid down their arms, citing faith in the Chhattisgarh Government’sRehabilitation Policies and other development initiatives including 'Niyad Nellanar' (Your Good Village). The Bastar Range Police’s ‘Poona Margham’ (Rehabilitation for Social Reintegration) scheme also motivated them to join the mainstream.
Those who surrendered included four Hardcore Naxalites, each carrying a reward of ₹8 lakh. This group comprised Divisional Committee Member Pandi Dhruv alias Dinesh, and three members of the PLGA (People's Liberation Guerrilla Army) Company No. 6 – Dule Mandavi alias Munni, Chhattis Poyam, and Padni Oyam. Additionally, six other Naxaliteswho were Area Committee Members carried a reward of ₹5 lakh each. Dinesh and two other Naxalites also handed over weapons to the officials, including an SLR (Self Loading Rifle), an INSAS rifle, and a .303 rifle.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Bastar Range, Sundarraj Pattilingam, said that the surrender of 28 Naxalites in Narayanpur indicates that the end of the violent and anti-people Naxalism ideology is near. He informed that in the last 50 days, over 512 Naxal cadres have joined the mainstream across the seven districts of the Bastar Range. According to the Chhattisgarh Police, approximately 2,200 Naxalites, including top leaders, have surrendered in the last 23 months.
