ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਨੇੜੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਵਜ਼ੀਰੀਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਮੀਰ ਅਲੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਫੌਜੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੇ ਆਤਮਘਾਤੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਫੌਜੀ ਜਵਾਨ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ 13 ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਫੌਜੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੀ ਦੀਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਚਾਲਕ ਵੀ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਘਿਰ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੁੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗ ਦੇ ਥੱਕੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

A suicide attack on a military camp in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan near the Afghanistan border today killed seven Pakistani army soldiers and injured 13 others. Security officials said that the attackers rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into the wall of the military camp, causing a massive blast, and the vehicle's driver also died. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing thick smoke and flames rising from the site.
During the attack, three more attackers tried to enter the military camp, but the Pakistani army gunned them down, killing four terrorists. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the suicide attack and stated that their fighters carried out the operation. This attack occurred despite a fragile ceasefire between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which was imposed after tensions last week. The ongoing conflict between Pakistan and the Afghan Taliban is escalating, as Pakistan claims that terrorists based in Afghanistan are launching attacks inside Pakistan, while the Afghan government denies these allegations.
Following the attack, the Pakistan Army has increased security in the area and deployed modern attack helicopters. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the bravery of the soldiers and said that the army has foiled the enemies' nefarious conspiracy. This incident happened hours before peace talks between Islamabad and Kabul in Doha, where representatives from both countries have arrived. Such attacks in North Waziristan are increasing continuously, posing a challenge to the Pakistani army.
