ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ: ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ, ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਮਦਦ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੇਅਰਹਾਊਸਿੰਗ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੀ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ (MPs) ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ (CBI) ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੈ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਵੇਅਰਹਾਊਸਿੰਗ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੀ ਭੇਤਭਰੀ ਮੌਤ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਤੂਲ ਫੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਅਪੀਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਇੱਕ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਦਬਾਅ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੇਵਲ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (CBI) ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾਉਣ।
ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੇਠ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ 'ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਉੱਚ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ, ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਗਰਮਾ-ਗਰਮੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੋਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
The mysterious death and suicide case of Gagandeep Singh Randhawa, the District Manager of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation in Amritsar, has now gained national attention. Randhawa's family, currently fighting for justice, has issued an emotional appeal urging all Members of Parliament (MPs) across the country to intervene in the matter.
The family members maintain that Gagandeep was an honest official and his death was not merely a suicide but a result of extreme political and administrative pressure. They alleged that given the circumstances of the incident, only a CBI probe can ensure a fair investigation. The family has written to MPs of various political parties, requesting them to raise this issue in Parliament and pressure the Punjab government to recommend a CBI inquiry.
The victim's family clarified that they lack confidence in the current investigation conducted under local political influence. According to them, the truth will not emerge until the roles of high-ranking political figures and officials involved in the case are thoroughly examined. While Punjab politics is already heated over Randhawa's death, the family's outreach to MPs has added a new gravity to the situation.
