ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਿਆਨ: 'ਜੰਗ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ, ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਕਲੇਗਾ ਰਸਤਾ'
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫੌਜੀ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਧਨ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਸਲਾ ਫੌਜੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਜਾਂ ਜੰਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜੋਕੇ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਹੱਲ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੇਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਸਿਰਜਣ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮਤਭੇਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੱਧ ਪੂਰਬ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਕਰੇਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਣਾਅ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵਧਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 'ਵਸੁਧੈਵ ਕੁਟੁੰਬਕਮ' ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਜਾਨੀ-ਮਾਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਬੁਰਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਮਿਆਜ਼ਾ ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਗਤਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂਸੱਤਾ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਵਧਾਉਣ, ਤਾਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਵੀ ਸੁਲਝਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਹੈ।
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while advocating for global peace, has stated that no issue can be resolved through military conflict or war. Addressing an important event in Delhi, he emphasized that in the modern era, the use of violence and weapons only leads to destruction, whereas the true resolution of problems is possible only through diplomacy and dialogue.
The Prime Minister urged the international community to collectively create an environment where communication is used to bridge differences. His statement comes at a time when tensions in regions like the Middle East and Ukraine are significantly high. Referring to India's foreign policy, he noted that India has always been a supporter of peace and adheres to the principle of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' (the world is one family).
Modi further added that war not only results in the loss of life and property but also adversely affects the global economy, the consequences of which are borne by the general public. He expressed confidence that if nations respect each other's sovereignty and build mutual trust, even the largest disputes can be settled. The Prime Minister called upon all countries to unite in addressing global challenges.
