'ਸੇਵਾ ਤੀਰਥ' ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ: "ਸਾਡਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ—ਹਰ ਗਰੀਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਰਵਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ"
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਤੀਰਥ' ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਹੀ ਪਰਮੋ ਧਰਮ' ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਹੁਣ ਸੌ ਫੀਸਦੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਟੀਚਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਰੋਡਮੈਪ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਉਚਾਈ 'ਤੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
ਅੱਜ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਤੀਰਥ' ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਵਿੱਖੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ-ਪੱਖੀ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਝਲਕ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 'ਸੇਵਾ' ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਤੀਰਥ' ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ-ਦਰਦ ਵੰਡਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਗਰੀਬ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਲਾਨ: ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ 'ਸੈਚੁਰੇਸ਼ਨ' (Saturation) ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੱਕ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਮਦਦ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ, ਪੱਕੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਜਦੋਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਦਾ ਚੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਬਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਸੀਸ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।"
ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਰੋਡਮੈਪ: ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 'ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ' ਹੁਣ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦਰਾਡੇ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਹਾਈ-ਸਪੀਡ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੈ-ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਰਟਅੱਪਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ: ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੱਤਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭੋਗ-ਵਿਲਾਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸੱਤਾ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਤੀਰਥ' ਤੋਂ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ 'ਸੇਵਾ ਹੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ' ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਅਸਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
