ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤਣਾਅ ਦੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ
ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਧਦੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਬਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਰਾਤ ਬਤੀਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਬਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੌਜ ਨੇ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੋਕੋਲ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, 'ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਲਾਈਟਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੈ।'
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
Several districts in Punjab, including Amritsar, Pathankot, Ferozepur, and other border areas, spent a tense night amidst a widespread blackout. The blackout was imposed due to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. Authorities urged residents to stay indoors and turn off lights as a precautionary measure.
According to sources, Pakistan allegedly attempted attacks on Amritsar, Pathankot, Jammu, and Srinagar on Thursday night. The Indian army issued an alert, advising people to take shelter immediately. During this period, residents in Amritsar and Pathankot reported hearing loud explosions, although officials have not confirmed these claims.
Meanwhile, cities like Chandigarh also faced power cuts until midnight as a security measure. Residents were asked to adhere to blackout protocols. Several areas in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, and Bathinda also received air raid alerts.
The Deputy Commissioner of Chandigarh said, 'Residents were advised to keep lights off and remain indoors. This was a safety measure.'
India has also strengthened its air defense systems. Officials stated that several locations have been placed on high alert to counter Pakistan's aggressive attempts.
