ਫਗਵਾੜਾ: 'ਆਪ' ਆਗੂ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਰਾਜੂ ਦੇ ਘਰ 24 ਰਾਊਂਡ ਫਾਇਰ, 'ਕਾਲਾ ਰਾਣਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ' ਨੇ ਮੰਗੀ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ
ਫਗਵਾੜਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਰਵੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਰਾਜੂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੜਕੇ ਦੋ ਨਕਾਬਪੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਗਭਗ 24 ਰਾਊਂਡ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਘਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਚਾਰ ਪੰਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟ ਸੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਗਏ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਕਾਲਾ ਰਾਣਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ' ਵੱਲੋਂ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸ਼ੱਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਫਗਵਾੜਾ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਰਵੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਰਾਜੂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਤੜਕੇ ਦੋ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਨਕਾਬਪੋਸ਼ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਨ 23 ਤੋਂ 24 ਰਾਊਂਡ ਫਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੇ।
ਆਪ ਆਗੂ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਰਾਜੂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਉਹ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਵਾਲ-ਵਾਲ ਬਚਾਅ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਰਾਜੂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਨਕਾਬਪੋਸ਼ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ, ਜੋ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਉਠਾ ਕੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਗੇਟ ਨੇੜੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਦਲ ਹੀ ਘਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕੈਦ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੇ ਕੰਪਾਊਂਡ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਚਾਰ ਪੰਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ 'ਕਾਲਾ ਰਾਣਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ' ਵੱਲੋਂ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵਾਲਾ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
ਦਲਜੀਤ ਰਾਜੂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣ-ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਫਗਵਾੜਾ ਦੇ ਐੱਸਪੀ ਮਾਧਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਐੱਸਪੀ ਭਰਤ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਆਗੂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਤਨਾਮਪੁਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਐੱਸਪੀ ਮਾਧਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ, ਗੈਂਗ ਦੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਡਰਾਉਣ-ਧਮਕਾਉਣ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸ਼ੱਕੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਚੱਬੇਵਾਲ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਪ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
An incident of major firing has occurred at the residence of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP leader) Daljit Raju in the nearby village of Darvesh, Phagwara, early in the morning. According to the information received, two unidentified masked attackers fired an estimated 23 to 24 rounds at the site.
AAP leader Daljit Raju reported that when the incident took place, he, his wife, and his daughter were asleep on the first floor. The family members had a narrow escape during the attack. Raju told the police that he saw two masked individuals firing bullets at his house, who immediately fled taking advantage of the darkness.
CCTV footage recovered from the scene shows that the attackers arrived on a motorcycle. They parked the vehicle near the main gate of the village and approached the house on foot. The camera also captured one of the attackers throwing a four-page note inside the compound. This paper allegedly contained a threatening message from the "Kala Rana Group" demanding a ₹5 crore ransom.
Daljit Raju informed the police investigation officials that he has no personal enmity with anyone and suspects that the attack was carried out by criminal elements attempting to intimidate him. Several empty cartridges were recovered from the site of the firing.
Upon receiving the information, Phagwara SP Madhvi Sharma and DSP Bharat Bhushan reached the spot to assess the situation and met with the family of the AAP leader. An FIR has been registered at Satnampura police station in this regard. SP Madhvi Sharma confirmed to the media that the police investigation is being conducted from various angles, including ransom, gang activity, and targeted intimidation. Police are also examining CCTV footage from the surrounding areas to identify the suspects as quickly as possible.
Following the incident, other senior AAP leaders, including MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, also reached the location. Opposition leaders have called the incident a complete failure of the Punjab government in maintaining law and order, specifically citing the increase in Punjab crime incidents.
