ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ 'ਚ ਖ਼ੂਨੀ ਖੇਡ ਜਾਰੀ: ਹਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂ ਮੋਤਾਲੇਬ ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ 'ਚ ਮਾਰੀ ਗੋਲੀ
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਲਨਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂ ਮੋਤਾਲੇਬ ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਆਗੂ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਉਸਮਾਨ ਹਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਦਾ ਸੋਗ ਮਨਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਿਮ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ 2024 ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਚਿਹਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ-ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਉਸਮਾਨ ਹਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਸਦਮੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਗੂ ਮੋਤਾਲੇਬ ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਹ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੱਛਮੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਖੁਲਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰੀ। ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਿਟੀਜ਼ਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ (NCP) ਦੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲਕਾਰ ਮਹਿਮੂਦਾ ਮਿਤੂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਥਪੱਥ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਲਨਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੋਲੀ ਸਿਰ ਦੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਲਤ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਚਿੰਤਾਜਨਕ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 12 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਉਸਮਾਨ ਹਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਬੀਤੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਹਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਵੀ ਭੜਕੀ। ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਯੂਨਸ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਿਮ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਦਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਾਜਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਬੂਤ ਜੁਟਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
In Bangladesh, young faces associated with the 2024 student movement are being systematically targeted. Even before the nation could recover from the shock of prominent student leader Sharif Usman Hadi’s death, another leader, Motaleb Shikdar, was subjected to a life-threatening attack on Monday.
The incident occurred in the southwestern city of Khulna, where attackers shot Shikdar in the head from close range. According to Mehmuda Mitu, coordinator of the National Citizen Party (NCP), Shikdar was rushed to Khulna Medical College Hospital in a pool of blood. Doctors stated that the bullet struck the left side of his head, and his condition remains extremely critical.
Notably, on December 12, Sharif Usman Hadi was also shot in the head in Dhaka in a similar manner and succumbed to his injuries in Singapore last Thursday. Hadi’s death sparked a wave of anger across the country, leading to violence in several areas. While the interim government led by Muhammad Yunus promised to punish Hadi’s killers, this fresh attack on Shikdar proves that a state of anarchy still prevails in the country. The police are now gathering CCTV footage and other evidence to identify the attackers.
