‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁਬੋਇਆ: ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ
ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁਬੋ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਵੰਡਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਫੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਸੰਕਟ ਆਇਆ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲੜਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਭਵਹੀਣਤਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੱਧੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਦਾਣਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਵੰਡਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਡੈਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵੱਲ ਕੋਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ’ਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਝੱਲਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ, ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਦਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਭੰਗੇਰੀਆ, ਸੰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਨੀ ਹਲਕਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਮੋਗਾ, ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੱਤੀਆਂ, ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ, ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਕਲ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਹਰਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੌੜ, ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ, ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal has accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of causing floods in Punjab due to its negligence. He stated that the government’s inexperience and carelessness led to half of Punjab suffering the devastation of floods. Speaking at the grain market in Dharmkot while distributing wheat seeds to residents of flood-affected villages, Badal said that during the Akali Dal government, dams and embankments were inspected twice a year, but the AAP government neglected this, resulting in Punjab being engulfed by floods.
Badal added that if the government had released funds on time as demanded by officials, this massive destruction could have been avoided. He accused the Bhagwant Mann-led government of negligence, which caused immense losses to the people of Punjab. He further said that instead of providing relief to flood victims, the central and Punjab governments are busy blaming each other. Sukhbir emphasized that the Shiromani Akali Dal has always been a defender of Punjab and Punjabis and is ready to fight for their rights and interests at all times.
On this occasion, Akali Dal district president Nihal Singh Talwandi Bhangaria, Sanjit Singh Sunny (Moga constituency in-charge), Tarsem Singh Rattian, Gurmel Singh Sidhu Dharmkot, Paramjit Singh (circle president), Harmel Singh Maur, Baljit Singh Kang, Joginder Singh Sandhu, along with several other Akali leaders and workers, were present.
