Hara Bharaa Kebab Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach, washed and blanched, chopped finely
  • 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled
  • Half cup peas, washed and boiled
  • ½ teaspoon chat masala
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 2 tablespoons ginger green chillies paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons besan (roasted)
  • ½ teaspoon cornflour
  • Breadcrumbs to coat tikkis before frying
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cooking oil to fry tikkis

Hara Bharaa Kebab Recipe Method:

  1. Mash potatoes, peas in a bowl
  2. Add blanched and chopped spinach
  3. Add roasted besan and all other spices including ginger green chillies paste, salt, and cornflour. Mix well. Kneed like dough
  4. Make tikki shape out of dough
  5. Roll tikkis into breadcrumbs and fry on tawa with cooking oil
  6. Serve hot with coriander chutney or sauce of your choice
