Fourth man in Curtis Cheng terror plot found guilty

Curtis Cheng was shot dead out NSW Police headquarters in Parramatta on October 2, 2015.

A man who acted as the lookout when two men exchanged a gun later used to kill NSW Police accountant Curtis Cheng has been found guilty for his role in the terror plot.

Mustafa Dirani is the fourth and final man convicted in the plot.

Cheng’s widow Selina burst into tears in the dock as the guilty verdict was read out.

Her husband was shot dead by 15-year-old Farhad Jabar on October 2, 2015, in Parramatta, outside the NSW Police headquarters.

Jabar was shot dead by police on the same day.
